I've been teaching cello since I was 17 and when I saw an advert asking for string tutors for Music Generation Louth I knew I had to apply.

Between 2011-2016 I've was a music panel member teaching string orchestra classes and individual cello lessons in Dundalk, Ardee and Drogheda.

Ireland does not give kids free music lessons in schools, so a programme such as Music Generation really helps plug the gap.

I am really glad to been part of such a great organisation.

I have also done some mentoring sessions for Coder-Dojo Drogheda in the last couple of years.

The first one was to show the participants how to create zombie noises for their games during one of the regular Saturday morning sessions at St.Olivers.

The most recent was to get the teams create all the audio for their games for Game On

I also took a bit of time this summer to help some other youngsters experience the magic of the game development world. There are some examples here and here.
